Comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes
You do not need a full costume on day one. Bring water, weather-appropriate clothing, and shoes you can safely run and stand in.
Sign in and learn the basics
New players are introduced to the rules, safety expectations, and field basics. Loaner weapons and training may be available through the event team.
Tour before you commit
After the game, meet warbands and ask about their themes. Most groups are happy to help new players explore before they settle in.
