Think layered travel clothes, useful belts and pouches, repaired gear, personal tokens, and the marks of people who spend more time on the road than in a palace.
Open-ended by design
Avencort is a starting point, not a finished history. New members should be able to add a voice, a tradition, a rivalry, a recipe, or a completely avoidable problem.
This profile is intentionally a framework. The warband becomes real through the characters and players who choose to fill it.
